The founder of Osborne Logistics, Orville Osborne, started our company with $600 and a single truck in 1959. Originally a coal miner like his father, Orville changed paths after a near-death accident in the mines. He left Kentucky, and his entire family, to move to Cincinnati with his wife. Drawing on personal strength and determination, Orville built Osborne Logistics with a lot of hard work and superior customer service.
In 1979 Orville and his wife and partner, took another risk that paid off, when they expanded into warehousing. They named the new component of the company, H&O Distribution, which it is still called today.
Today we still value hard work, dedication, and treating our customers like family.

When a valuable Osborne Trucking customer came to our founders complaining of a lack of good logistics companies, Osborne Trucking stepped up. When we started our distribution company in 1979, our customers were immediately on board because we already had a reputation for outstanding service—which we carried over into our new venture, and still value today.
Our warehouse management system allows us to keep track of product data, including SKU, lot, pallet ID and serial numbers and offer online web access to our clients.
We service a wide variety of customers—from the food and beverage industry, to industrial fasteners and chemicals. We work with each of our clients to discover the warehousing or packaging solution that works best for them.
